The Starburst clock is another classic design icon of the 20th century.
 

Designed by George Nelson in the late 1950’s. each 'burst' of a different colour represents one hour on the clock. One of the most original American designers, using pure colour and bold graphic forms to make a statement still as compelling today as it was half a century ago.
