Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Warranty Policy
At S. Alternative Furniture, we're committed to ensuring that you love your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, we're here to help! Please review our policy below for information on returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranties.
We offer a 12-month warranty on all of our products. This covers any manufacturing defects that may occur. If something goes wrong, just reach out to us with your proof of purchase, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return period (excluding custom-made items). This means you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked.
To start a return, please contact us at s.alternativefurniture@gmail.com with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, we’ll process your refund within 14 days, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment.

Sale items can be refunded if they are defective or not as described. For non-defective sale items, refunds are not available.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, don't worry—we’ll make it right! Just contact us at s.alternativefurniture@gmail.com and we’ll arrange an exchange for the same item. Please send the damaged or defective item to:

We want to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. Please inspect your items upon delivery and notify the delivery driver if there are any issues.
Just email us at s.alternativefurniture@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange for the item to be collected and replaced or refunded at no extra cost. Please make sure to keep the original packaging.
Before assembling your product, check that all parts are included and follow the instructions carefully. If something is missing or damaged, please contact us immediately.
Please note that we cannot refund or replace items that have been incorrectly assembled or installed. We recommend hiring qualified professionals for complex installations.
Many of our products are handmade or crafted from recycled materials, which means they may have unique finishes or shapes. These characteristics are intentional and part of the design—making each item special!
